I created one more ticket status called "work in progress".The default ticket state are open, answered, overdue, close.I wanted to add one more state called "work in progress" and show on the sub menu, as below image red pointerAfter i change the ticket status to work in progress, it will same as the overdue show the number of work in progress ticket.when i click on work in progress only show me the work in progress ticket.Anyone can advice me how to do that? sorry for my poor english
