Add button for do two operation

Hi to all, i have read all topic of this forum, but i not have found solution to my problema.

I want add a button in the ticket page (operator), that when i click on it, will do two operation:

1. Chance status to "problem solved"

2. Send predefinite answare to ticket "nane of predefinite answare"

3. Return to ticket lista pace

Do you have idea to hiw to procede?

This was just being discussed over on github and the devs mentioned that it was a forth coming feature that they are working on. You cannot however do this in the UI at this time with out altering the source.

Do you think is possibile do it via JavaScript?

I don't know JavaScript very well so I have no idea. I don't see why not.
