Webservices or API to create/delete users and agents

All,I would like to know if there are any webservices or API available to create and delete users - common and agents.Thank you!

Unfortunately not, API is limited to ticket creation only in osTicket currently.

There was some talk about making the API a full fledged more robust fully featured API. My understanding (and it could have changed because its been a while) was that it was one of the benchmarks for the 2.0 release.
