Is it possibile to read categories from api (osTicket (v1.9.5.1)) ?
The api only opens tickets.I'm not even sure what you are referring to as 'categories'.The only place that I can think of in osTicket that uses the terminology 'categories' is the FAQ (KB).
I use the application in italian, I see "Categorie". I would like to have the list of them to choose the client.
I do not use Italian, so... You would have to edit your script that's using the api to query the database to construct a list from whatever field you are referring to.
