Email loop detected

Hi all, I am getting this error and do not know how to fix it. Email loop detectedIt appears as though <helpdesk@mysite.com> is being used as a forwarded or fetched email account and is also being used as a user / system account. Please correct the loop or seek technical assistance.

Where in the settings could I have this error happening?

Admin panel -> Settings -> Emailsis the email your Default System Email? or your Default Alert Email?or your Admin's email address?Admin panel -> Agents -> each agentis the email there?Admin panel -> Agents -> each Departmentis the email there?

Hi ntozieris the email your Default System Email? - Yes it is here.or your Default Alert Email? - Set to Use Default System Emailor your Admin's email address? - No, not using it here..Admin panel -> Agents -> each agentis the email there? - No, but one of the agents email is being used as Admin's Email address.Admin panel -> Agents -> each Departmentis the email there? - Yes, it is being used in Maintenance, Sales & Support departments.Can you explain to me where I need to remove it? Or is it okay the way I have it?Thanks!

I would remove it from "Yes, it is being used in Maintenance, Sales & Support departments."

What should I be putting in those locations? Just an email for notifications? Like a secondary email?

what ever you want that isn't already in use as your Default System Email
