[resolved] Upgrade 1.9.7 to 1.9.8.1

Hi,my osTicket ver is 1.9.7, now I want to upgrade to 1.9.8.1 but calling the url setup/upgrade.php the page is redirected to setup/install.php and start new installation procedure ( NOT UPGRADE PROCEDURE).I forget something?thanksMassimo

You do not call the url.You back up your database.Then you back up your files.Then you download and install the new versions files.Then you log in and go to the admin panel.It will run the upgrader for you.

FAILEDIt will run the upgrader for you. FAILEDThe last two steps doesn't work... when I try log in and go to the admin panel, it run the installer. You can see the attachment.

Copy over your /include/ost-config.php from the old version, to the new version.

I've copied the old version to the new version but when I try log I see blank page.So I adapt/edit new version ost-config.php... it run the installer :-(

Check your user, password, database, and table prefix values.
