Is it possible to represent "Collaborators" within "Open New Ticket" page of client side ? Every response also should go to the "Collaborators" too. Could you suggest a method for this.Thanks,Mohan K.
There is no method for this at this time in the ui.You could however open the ticket via email, and CC the collaborators. Which would cause them to be added straight away.
I would also love to have this right when a client creates the ticket, can't be that hard to mod the function into that form could it?
Yes. This is very useful feature because End User able to add recipients (CC) which not in "User Directory" also able to participate the conversation.

I am just trying to grasp this. Did you mean that when viewing a ticket, it would show, in a condensed format somewhere in the UI, all the users which have commented on the ticket?
