You should setup cron and disable Fetch on Auto-Cron but everything looks fine.I don't see a question though.
Hi ntozier,According to above configuration I'm receiving "New Ticket Alerts" and why should disable "Fetch on auto-cron" is it bad impact on system.
It can cause problems if you have both cron and that running. And the devs recommend that it be shut off here on the forums a while back.
If I'm scheduling external task for above, shall I add "cron.php" file to "crontab" file and disable both Email Fetching and Fetch on auto-cron on Email Settings and Options. What is minimum interval time to execute the job?
If you disable email fetching, then it will not fetch email.We use two minutes.
