Blocking MS IE

Hello,

I've tried to find a php script to block MS Internet Explorer, but i've find no (working) results. We use osticket for a intern ticket report system. Our organisation doesn't update MS IE. Some of the functions of the system doesn't work realy well.

Is it possible to block only MS IE pages, or allow only Google Chrome pages?
