Hi Folks,I'm newer to use osticket i faced problem after installation Please change permission of config file (ost-config.php) to remove write access. e.g i'm using windows server 2012 r2 with xampp any help please
Change the permissions on the file so that users cannot write to the file.

Click Users.Uncheck Write.Click Apply.
