Install the language pack.Go to your "My Preferences" tab and select the new language.
I have only Preferred Language: but not have new language?

Yes I'm download Croatian language and put in folder. That is fine and works , but I must have change default language . When I visit osticket page default is US , but i must have default language Croatinan?
Last I checked you cannot change the default language that you installed with. (Although its been commented that you can in future versions)My understanding is that osTicket detects language to present to end use based on user settings, or language presented by the web browser.
