OsTicket 1.9.8.1few version back I created a rule that if ticket comes via specific email (setup and working) and TO /CC contained @ to perform some ticket ,manipulation, like assign to specific team, set SLA, etc. It worked greatNow I created a rule with same settings (older rule is disabled) and when we send test tickets, they are not processed by the rule.Any pointers where should I look? No errors in apache or php logs.Thanks
