Hi, I set up Osticket on a Linux server.

Everything works fine on the web but I don't get any emails from the system. Not for alerts, assignments or anything else.

I did set up 3 SMTP emails with the correct server info, and they work fine when sending tests from the diagnostic tab on email settings

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check your mail servers logs.See whats going on.You haven't really provided us with much in the way about how you configured mail.Which of three addresses your using...What your mail server isetc.

I set up three email address part of a catch-all from a domain I own. The SMTP server (IIS 7.5) is local in the same LAN, so there is no authentication to send,These are some of the logs, I see there is activity, but the emails don't get send out. But when trying it in the diagnostics tab it does send them. Thanks for you help!

Are you relaying from the IIS SMTP connector to the host that processes mail for your domain? Have you tried configuring osTicket to contact the actual mail server and cutting out the middle SMTP relay?

no, not relaying, the SMTP just sends the emails out. it works fine with a UPS power chute and also sends emails fine if I log in to it from CMD line.

SMTP server (IIS 7.5) is not a mail server.  Its a web server.
