I have a user who, out of the blue today, couldn't log in to their account. I reset their password, and tried it myself and I couldn't log in with their username and the reset password either. I can go into phpmyadmin and see it is changing, so I know it's taking. I even manually changed the hash to 5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99 (password) but not even that worked.
Any ideas?
