IMAP setup: TLS/SSL failure, SSL negociation failed

Hi,in addition, screenshot of the error

Outlook... does that mean your mail server is Exchange?If so then it may require TLS/SSL.I'd check the logs on the mail server and see if the error over there about the connection attempt sheds any light on the situation.

hi,thank you for your quick reply. THere was no need for SSL but it was just a host name issue - not the same as in my mail client! Got it by my email provider
