Very strange issue that is now occuring after I setup Email Fetching and turned on Fetch on auto-cron.My goal is to be able to respond to emails and have the replies added to the ticket. I turned on these 2 features and I now have the ability to do this. However I'm also now seeing that each time I log into the helpdesk system it generates a random number of blank emails and creates tickets for them. I've just been going in and deleting them but i'm guessing I have something configured wrong or this is possibly a bug?Any suggestions on how to eliminate these emails which are creating tickets?
