How to remove "Emergency" in priority list?

You'd need to remove it from the database since it's not possible thru osTicket UI.

It is in the "ticket_priority" table of the database.A word of caution... These priorities are assigned other values, as well. Instead of just deleting, you may want to rename it, to avoid potential database corruption.
