You have not provided any additional information (environment, settings, versions, etc.) so we we cannot really assist you until you do.Version of osTicket?Server environment and versions of pertinent software (webserver, php, etc)?How are you configured for sending mail? (PHPMail? SMTP?)Are you using the stock email templates? HTML or Text?

Ok, those are the configurations:Version the system is v1.9.5.1.The e-mails is send by smtp gmail.The e-mail is build with html.Server is apache 2.4 http at ubuntu server.The version PHP is 5.5 and MySQL is 5.5.

v1.9.5.1 is old, please upgrade to current. 1.9.8.1 is current as of this writing.
