hi,
I'm new to OsTicket and I did not found any solution in the forum about this problem.
I set up the system 6 month ago with a cron job running under windows every 5 minutes and a gmail account.
Everything is fine, but once in a while I randomly miss some emails. I do not see the email in the table OST_TICKET and in OST_TICKET_MESSAGE either.
Can somebody advice on what the problem can be? Did somebody else is facing this issue?
I really do not know how to proceed and I do not know how to check what is happening.
Is the system discarding some emails based on some checks maybe?

Mail Fetching/Receiving: POP, gmail, cronjob
