Hey guys... I'm running 1.6 ST and I must say that it is impossible to do the auto assign mods on this thing. The information is all scattered all over and then have of them or for different versions. What we need is all of them cleaned up in put in one thread for each version with the mods.
The mod I need to do is to do Zeros mod so that the tickets created via the website are auto-assigned to the sole person in that dept. I can make the alerts work by simply having one person in there and turning the (spammy) switch on the email preferences, but I would like to autoassign as well. If someone could replay in thread with only the mods steps for my version I would be most grateful.
I could care less about email tickets as those are not going to be used.
