What I'm looking for is a way to auto-generate a closed response email, a canned response if you will, when a ticket is closed by someone, so we don't always have to add a response manually.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sure there's a much more elegant solution, however our team has created a canned response which we select when we are closing tickets so the original submitter knows the ticket is now closed.

The original submitter doesnt get updates or closed messages do they? Just staff ?
