Good Day Guys,I have been made multiple changes to the OSticket 1.9.Many of the changes where adapted from post and mods made by your friendly Forum Users.I have created a form with the service hours that each organization as available to use.But its been hard for me to do the following:I would like to show that form information with the remaining Service Hours on the profile of the User after he makes the login.Your in some place else, after he logs in.So that way he can keep track of how many Hours he still as available.Can someone Help Me?My Orgs Remaining Hours is currently mod up in the orgs.inc.php.

At least there is any way of showing some field , by form our not, that can be customize by the agent, and only read only by the user\client?

I will resume the Big Picture.

I have made several changes to the OS.

Using the TimeSpent Mod, i have customize the mod, so that now, both Agents can introduce the TimeSpent in each Ticket, and Users can see the Time Spent on each ticket they have opened.

Each User as, for exemple, 50 Hours of Time to Spent in "Ticket Hours".

So , i was working on a solution, so that Users could keep track of the remaining Time to Spent.

Well, that demands a Field that automaticaly does an mathematic operation. A relation Between Time Spent of each Ticket and the Total Time each User as to Spent.

Because that Solution demands , heavy PHP code, with skills i dont have yet, i was asking if exists a solution where an Agent can insert a Read-Only Form with the remaining time to Spent.

So that the User´s, could see the remaining Time to Spent.

I am working on inserting that solution on the Users Profile, but it´s not easy.

Well, no easy for a new comer to PHP =)

Since I personally never used the mod for time spent, I don't have any idea currently on how to implement that / improve the mod in that way.
