I have a question about the availability to open a ticket as "internal ticket" between department.
As example, consider the department "tech support" opening a ticket for the "commercial support" or vice versa.
Is this possible ? As member of tech department I can open a "private" ticket to the commercial dep. but I would share this ticket with my group of colleagues.
As real example, The administration dep need to activate a new account (user, email, etc...), they open a ticket to support dep, then the support dep configure the servers, etc.. etc.. and close the admin's ticket. Now the admin people can give the credentials to new user.
