Allerts could contain a bug?

First of all compliments ! I have a working os ticket with working email sending and fetching ... Usecase : i have a new ticket and i want to assign this ticket to a team (containing 4 persons and one manager) I have enabled alerts for ticket assignment alert assigned agent/teamI assign the ticket to the team and i expect an alert for the team but this will not be send to the team members nor the manager.could you explain ? a bug ?

sorry my error 1.9.7 today upgraded to 1.9.8 possible fixed as i have seen in the release notes
