HI, Can someone tell me if it is possible to have custom fields in a ticket specific to each organisation.Some of our customers always need to tell us specific information when they open a ticket which is not relevant to other customers.I'd to prompt these customers for the info each time they open a ticket. Is there a way to do this ?Many thanks.Running  v1.9.4 (c18eac4)

If I am not mistaken such a feature is currently not present in osTicket for organizations.However you could add the form, so that it gets filled by every user via their profile:Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > Contact details > Add the form fields you need

the problem is that the fields we are interested in would not make sense to most of the other customers. so it would confuse them.Can a Help topic be made organisation specific ? Is so then a form can be attached to specific Help topic.

No unfortunately a help topic cannot be made organisation specific.
