I have OSTickets setup and looks to be working using SMTP for sending and POP3 for retrieval.
Everything is going well, the one thing i am not so sure of, and might be just a setting i have missed, but i am curious to know if there is a way to keep all correspondence from the ticket creator and the responding tech.
With the testing, i have noticed every reply from the creator opens up a new ticket. We have all our tickets created by email, not via the web, so to keep down on the ticket numbering I would like to have all conversations kept within the one ticket.
Is there something I need to adjust to do this?
