Q: Does anyone know how I could alter the code to require Help Topic on a email-generated ticket prior to closing?A: You could use a mail filter to assign that, or at Admin panel -> Tickets -> Default Help Topic.Also my understanding is that a forth coming feature in 1.10 will have the ability to add a step then closing... or more appropriately IF X != foo, then don't let someone close the ticket. (if that makes sense)
