Hi,Can I have canned ticket for common problems in client side?I want users can choose a common problem from canned ticket.(like canned responses in staff side)I create a custom list for that, but I want when a user selects one of the provided problems the fields "Issue summary" and "Issue details" not requeired, or the selected problem's text, copy to those fields.for copying the text to fields I need ID or Class name, but dynamic forms have dynamic id (it is possible to add custom class to fields?) do you have any suggestion for this?
