I recently tried up alter osticket so that staff wouldn't see closed tickets, but I've ended up with staff not being able to see any tickets. Administrator can still see all tickets though.
Could someone please help me, I'm a novice.

OK, just realised, I'm getting an error message sent to my email when a staff member logs on other than administrator:
Unknown column 'f_id' in 'where clause'
Note sure what this all means....
So, I've fixed this problem. I replaced the tickets.inc.php file with the original setup file.
Couldn't work out where the problem was, but believed it must have been in that file.
