Hi,We've got a huge ticket with duplicate comments due to a too often email cron setting.How can we remove the duplicate comment entries please?I saw this : https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.7/issues/516 but couldn't find a way to do it it in my 1.9.6 installed system.any idea please? Can I removed the records dirrectly from the database?thanks and best regards,Nicolas.
