I have just started with an organisation that has os ticket installed but I have no guide as to how to set up and change tickets. Can anyone help in terms of user guides?

Your best bet is to log into the system and play with it a little. Open some fake tickets (using a second email address) etc.Also you might want to find out what version of osTicket your running (Admin panel -> Dashboard -> Information). If the one your running is older you may want to upgrade it. And work flow has changed a little over the years. If you have a more specific question please feel free to reply here and someone will answer you.
