I would like some little helpers from you = D
1. We sometimes creates tickets for our customers by putting an attachment.
Would it be possible that the mail that parte to the customer indicating that a ticket has been created to
contain the enclosed room ?
2. Is it possible to close each ticket (any agent), the administrator receives email to tell him ?
