Monitor logs off after 24H

Hello,We use a monitor on the wall for viewing incoming tickets, but after 24H the user view, which we use to view the tickets, gets logged out. I already set the session time for employee's to 0, but it still gets logged out.Can anybody help me with this?osTicket version is v1.9.5.1MySql: 5.6.21PHP: 5.6.3

Not sure if that's correct, but take a look at the file bootstrap.php around line 156:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/blob/develop/bootstrap.php#L156Change the 86400 (1 day) to whatever you like to increase the session timeout / TTL.

Can I change it to 0 to disable the function and keep users always logged on?

Guess that won't work... instead I would recommend to set it to the result of 86400 * 365 or 86400 * 7 or so to extend it.
