Add custom field to Ticket list view

Hello!I would like to add a new field to the Open Ticket list View, and Overdue Ticket list View, and Closed Tickets list View.Each list view I would like to add the department of user who reporting the new ticket.Could anybody suggest a solution how can I do that.Best regardsFerenc Jordanics

This is currently not a feature in osTicket.To achieve it, you'll have to modify the source code. As a side note, the forthcoming custom queues feature should allow you to do this, but I dont know when thats coming out.
