Importing Users with .csv question.

Since the beginning of using osTicket in our environment we had an issue with creating users on a fly. (already been mentioned in support section).So until this bug is identified and fixed, we used CSV import method once. Since that time we added a number of users, and here is my question:If I run another import and there are duplicate entries, would this produce duplicates in osTicket?

It should error out if there is a duplicate.

but continue on new records, or error out and stop?

I believe that it errors out and stops.

I would recommend to easily test it with a CSV file with 2 users, the first who is already there and the second user isn't. Depending on the result you'll know how osTicket behaves - don't know it myself, so that's why I suggest to test it that way ;)
