Ticket Update Failures

I recently upgraded to 1.9.6 and my e-mail notifications stop working when I am not logged in. Once I login, I receive all of my new tickets and changes. I haven’t been able to find how to correct this. Any assistance would be appreciated.Christopher

Sounds like a cron issue. I'd check logs and make sure that cron.php is working correctly.
