Hello,
If someone sends an HTML formatted email with within the body, osticket failes to pick it up (it says db error 1366, and it says "incorrect string value: '\xA01"... for colum 'message' at row 1)
Please advise on how I can fix this!
I did see one solution in the forum before, but it didn't work.
