VIP/Executive List

Is there a way to have a list of VIP's so that when they submit a ticket a custom action could happen? I can do it through a ticket filter if I manually type in each email address and then have osTicket mark it as critical, but I was wondering if anyone else had done something that worked better.Thank you,David

The only way that I can think of you already described (using Ticket Filters to do something).

/Agree with ntozier.

The only other way you can handle this would be outside osTicket (e.g. with a script connected to the osTicket database) but I guess it's a lot easier to go with the osTicket filters than making such a script ;)
