my db table ost_file_chunk is almost 3.6 GB and i am worried... as the backup time and performance has considerably degraded. i have installed Attachments Plug-In: Storage-FS plugin but it seems the attachments did not get saved to the folder and instead got stored in the database.pls advise how i can transfer the attachments from the database to the folder and then clear the table ost_file_chunk. actually i enabled the storage plugin from day one.further, when i look at the attachment folder there are files there too. there are folders with name a-z and A-Z with files inside, does the osticket create one folder for each attachment/ticket ?thanks in advance
