I am using 1.9.6 and I created a custom list for "sub_status". Everything works great except when it displays on the ticket view it shows the id value of the list answer instead of the text/value of what it really is.I have cdata.sub_status as sub_status in my tickets.inc file, but it is just pulling the "list_items.ID" for that instead of what I want which would be the "value"Any thoughts?Thank you,David
