Hello I was reading about the e-mail features here: http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_settings However what I'm trying to establish is can I have the e-mail go to a specific department based on the Subject line or another line within the body? The e-mail feature has taken off however all the tickets get dumped into general support and more times than not I'm reassigning them to the proper department so they can see them. Any ideas or solutions to this would be welcome OSTicket v. 1.9.6Thank you!

You could assign help topics to specific departments or just create some ticket filters to achieve it:Admin Panel > Manage > Ticket Filters
