HI , i need automatic calculation for time spent per ticket , can anyone pls help. so far in your forum only manual time entering is available

finally i got a simple solution,include\staff\tickets.inc.phpadd a table header "Time Spent" when ticket is closed.and fetch created value and closed value from (table = ost_ticket )the time spent =find difference .attaching the updated file .no changes in db . only one file need to change

Hi mohana. Are you sugesting uploading that file and erasing the original tickets.inc.php?
