Hi,Is it possible doing the custom list to populate the database at all? as it would be handy to have a customer field which i've done but it would be nice to populate it into the database
Admin panel -> Manage -> Listsmake your list.Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Detailsadd the list.
Would you be able to do it from the new ticket so for instance you get someone typing a new customer and it populates the list? or is that not possible?
Once YOU have followed the two steps I listed, anyone opening a ticket will have a list drop down to choose from.
