White reply in all "hotmail" emails

Hi, We update our osticket to v1.9.5.1 now all replies to tickets with hotmail email are received in whitePeople received reply with subject but text is "white"Can you help me about this please?

So what you are saying is that the emails in outlook are not displaying correctly if it originated from HotMail?What do your email templates look like?Are you using Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Enable HTML Ticket Thread: enabled?

Yes are enabledProblem only are with hotmail emails, outlook, gmail and others works fineDo you have any hotmail account?You can check here

I have had a HotMail account in probably 15 years...so I do not really have any way to troubleshoot this. Anyone else?

I know, this are very strang but, are a real problem, I have from 1.9.5.1 updateToday put new 1.9.6. stable but problems continue

It sounds to me like HotMail isn't parsing and displaying HTML Emails properly. You might want to talk to HotMail support.

You could use a ticket filter to prevent people from using a hotmail email.

Sorry to relive this issue, but I found this problem and I could solve it configured osticket as shown in the image attached.

I don't know the origin of the failure, but in my case I had the same problem and this change generated that the mails that enter from hotmail / outlook begin to show the content in osticket
