how to add dropdown list in ticket form from DB

I'm trying to add a filed in ticket form.when i choose the type i want it to be a dynamic field like priority field.I have a table in the database that have the information i need.my question how yo add dynamic field like priority field but the information from my table?pleeeeeeeeeeesae help me

There is no means to do that using the ui.You would need to make your list in the ui.Then import your list from the other table to the correct one that osTicket expects the information to be in.
