I am using Joomla 3.4 standard contact form. Emails send through the contact form are directly sent to OSticket installation. I am not using a bridge but run the systems separately from each other. Before I used Joomla 1.5 and recently changed to 3.4. While in 1.5 the sender of the contact form was the address the sender / user of the contact form provided, in J 3.4 it is different: Here the address that is provided in the Joomla configuration. This results in the fact that emails that are send to the support system all have the sender address that I set up in Joomla global configuration and not the email address that the user has / has provided. Thus OSticket can't really be used. Do you have an idea what I could change either in Joomla or in OSticket?
