My boss wants escalation really bad!!! I have noticed a to do in the code since at least 1.7. We this be included in the next version or is it being worked on. PLEASE HELP.
You can simply transfer the ticket to a new department, or assign it to someone to escalate it.I'm not aware of any other "escalation' plans to be implemented or in plan stages at this time.
