Version 1.9.3Is it possible that all department members can see all close tickets irrespective of the departments assigned to. We have interconnected departments and they cant view or search ticket no. if it close by another dept.
Secondly is there is any way that ticket get unassigned when transfer to another dept.

Both of those should be fairly simple modifications for anyone with PHP knowledge though.
