In the New Ticket Auto Response e-mail template, just add the variable %{ticket.assigned} or %{ticket.staff}Both seem to work for me. I have %{ticket.assigned} in the subject:Support Ticket Opened and assigned to %{ticket.assigned} shows up as:Support Ticket Opened and assigned to John DoeThe square brackets are not required, but the squiggly { } are.
