1. Advanced search should work. Ex: for open, unassigned,
department X. Also, all pages of the results should be what was searched for
and not random tickets.
2. Ability to assign multiple tickets at a time (via check
boxes to the left).
3. Department column should be displayed on every page.
4. Some buttons at the top that would be shortcuts to common
searches, like "open, unassigned, {dept}." (1 for each dept)
5. Tickets should be color coded by status
6. Search should return items that are typed with an
underscore or dash before and after, such as 1P12345 typed as:
ELV3_1P12345_3_021015_Stamped.
7. Allow batch download of all attachments at once, within a ticket so user
does not have to click on each individual file. "Download all attachments"
